LEADERSHIP SURGE, LLC (“LEADERSHIP SURGE”) respects your privacy and has created this privacy statement. This policy governs websites, APPS and other digital formats owned and operated by LEADERSHIP SURGE. We have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices to our customers and visitors. 1. LEADERSHIP SURGE customers. 2. LEADERSHIP SURGE messages. LEADERSHIP SURGE reserves the right to send customers certain communications relating to the Service, such as service announcements and administrative messages, that are considered part of your account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
   
3. Correcting & Updating Your Data. Customers can correct or update your Data at any time by e-mailing [email protected]. We will respond to your request within at most seven days from the date of your request.
   
4. Third-Party Sites. The Service may contain links to other websites. LEADERSHIP SURGE is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Customers and visitors will need to check the policy statement of these others websites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.
   
5. Security and Data Storage. Our Service has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the personal information and Data under our control. LEADERSHIP SURGE hosts the Service in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other industry-standard technology to help prevent interference or access from outside intruders. LEADERSHIP SURGE also requires that unique user names and passwords must be entered each time a customer logs on to the Service; provided, however, any user of the Service via APP on their device may choose to bypass the entry of a username or password through the use of fingerprint or facial recognition technology.
   
   LEADERSHIP SURGE keeps your account information active in our user registration databases in order to provide immediate access to your personalization preferences and data each time you visit the Site. If you ask LEADERSHIP SURGE to delete your LEADERSHIP SURGE account, in most cases your account will be deactivated and then deleted from our user registration database in approximately 90 days. Please note that any information that we have copied may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after your deletion request. This may be the case even though no information about your account remains in our active user databases.
   
   The security of your personal information and Data is important to us. When you or your customers enter sensitive information on our inquiry forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
